Kattegat Pendant - 18k Gold with Sapphires
The Kattegat Pendant is one of my signature pieces illustrating my fascination with historical Scandinavian and Celtic symbols. The Kattegat pendant is a Triskèle, which has been found in Celtic/Western European cultures going back to 500 BC. It is believed to signify energies, in particular the motion of action, cycles, progress, revolution and competition. Some examples include: spirit-mind-body, mother-father-child, land-sea-sky, past-present-future, power-intellect-love, and life-death-rebirth.
The pendant is made from solid 18k gold with sapphires on both sides and hangs from an 18k gold chain and lobster clasp (available separately). Available with diamonds on both sides and no stones. Also available in sterling silver and oxydized sterling silver.
